West Country Supply agency are a great employer and I would definitely recommend them. They keep in contact regularly through phone and email and  the staff in office are easy to talk to and understanding. 

They offer both a long term and a flexible work schedule which has worked great for me - as a teacher coming off maternity I wanted to ease myself back into teaching and West Country were a great option for that. And through them I’ve found long term work which has come along at the right time! 

They treat staff fairly and were one of the first to get their staff furloughed. Something many agencies did not do. 

So if you’re looking to join a supply agency and are local to West Country’s area then definitely give them a ring!
