Do you know someone who would be interested in working as a primary supply teacher or TA (daily or longer term), or someone who would like to move to our trusted and well-regarded agency?  Refer them to us and we will send you a £150.00 Amazon voucher and we will also send a £100 Amazon Voucher to your friend as a “thank you”. 

To recommend a teacher or TA print and complete the Refer a friend form 2024.pdf and email it to staff@westcountryagency.co.uk. We will then contact them and hopefully welcome them to our team.  Once your friend has completed 15 bookings with us, we will send you both your vouchers.  Whether they are interested in 1 day a week, considering returning to teaching or looking for full-time work – we have lots of opportunities. 

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the work we are unable to appoint TA’s who are not experienced in the classroom.

• The referrer must be registered with WCEA Ltd or work at a school working with WCEA Ltd.
• Where the teacher is referred by more than one person, we will operate a first come first served policy.
• To be eligible for the reward, 15 assignments need to be undertaken by the referred teacher within 6 months of the referral. The voucher will be sent after the fifteenth completed assignment.
• We can only accept referrals from people already working in the UK, or those eligible for work in the UK.
• Referral claims must be requested by email prior to registration.
• Previous employees are not eligible for referral under this scheme.
• No monetary alternative is available.
• WCEA reserve the right to offer an alternative reward of the same value at this time.
